That’s why today we would like to talk about the Champagne by Mentque.
It’s true that everybody appreciates this beverage very much because it could be drunk for any kind of events: Private events (anniversary, wedding, private cocktail…) and professional events as well (seminar, exhibitions…).
We can’t deny the fact that each wine is made of different grape varieties. Even though the Pinot is generally not the favorite grape variety for the wine making, here it is used to bring a fruity taste to the wine which is said to be too sour generally speaking.

As a consequence, the Mentque vintage is made of:
Hyssopus vintage: 75% of Pinot Meunier, 20% of Chardonnay, 5% of Pinot Noir
Louis XVI vintage: 1/3 of Pinot Meunier, 1/3 of Chardonnay, 1/3 of Pinot Noir
Rose vintage: 40% of Pinot Meunier, 30% of Chardonnay, 20% of Pinot Noir
Prestige vintage: 60% of Pinot Meunier, 30% of Chardonnay, 10% of Pinot Noir
Tradition vintage: 70% of Pinot Meunier, 30% of Pinot Noir

Wedding in Spain : the first pictures

Last week, we were in Spain, in Sevilla precisely in order to organise a wedding party for 100 French guests. Here are the first pictures of the decoration of this beautiful wedding in Spain ! Enjoy !

This wedding in Spain take place in an amazing and traditional building called « Hacienda ». This picture presents the way we use a very big tree to set up all the guests’ names before the dinner. Thanks to the sun and a small wind, the effect was really beautiful.  

Before the diner, we organised a very romantic wedding ceremony in the gardens of the Hacienda.

A castle for your Country wedding!

Today, this story is continuing with another place in the Loire Valley! Foreigners are said to be found of this region because it’s full of history, legend and charms and this is the reason why more and more people are looking for a castle to marry.

 
If you want a royal wedding in a big castle it is possible but the price is also exceptional! So have a look in the deeper country side and find a castle like this one. Indeed, in the past each village of the Loire Valley had its own castle.
